HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-074 . ~/ --.. , ~~/,~j v_ \., .~.v . ,;j(;",,".F; U~BI RESOLUTION NO. 90-74 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A ZONING USE PERMIT TO DRING INTO COMPLIANCE, A MOBILE HOME PARK IN AN A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) ZONE ON A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED WITHIN THE NE~ SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, LOCATED IN THE ARIZONA STRIP AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held April 2, 1990 a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Maxine Pelkey of Mesquite, Nevada for a Zoning Use Permit to bring into compliance a mobile home park in an A-R (Agricultural- Residential) zone, and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on March 14, 1990 did generate a recommendation of approval of the request with the following conditions: A. Adequate fire protection, conforming to the minimum County standards shall be provided and shall be acceptable to the Littlefield Fire Department. B. Refuse collection areas shall be wi thin 150 feet of each space. C. The applicant comply with all applicable provlslons of Sections 25, 26, 27, & 31 of the Mohave County zoning Regulations. D. The owner/developer shall be required to apply for a rezone, to allow for a mobile home park. Special conditions or mitigating circumstances may be presented to the Commission for a time extension request. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on February 23, 1990 and posted March 2, 1990 as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, April 2, 1990 approved this Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and zoning Commission, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
