PAGE 1 OF 2 BY RECORDING FEE 0.00 NC A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A ZONING USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH A REGENERATION FACILITY/BUILDING IN AN A-R/36A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/THIRTY-SIX ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE ON A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED WITHIN THE SE~ SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SO-HI/GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held March 5, 1990 a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to American Telephone and Telegraph Company, Albuquerque, New Mexico for a Zoning Use Permit to establish a regeneration (telephone signal relay) facility/building A-R/36A (Agricultural- in an Residential/Thirty-Six Acre Minimum Lot Size) zone, and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and zoning Commission on February 14, 1990 did generate a recommendation of approval of the request with the following conditions: 1. The applicants comply with any applicable prov1s1on of Section 25, 26, 27, and 31 of the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. 2. If construction or use has not commenced within one (1) year of the Board of Supervisors approval of the ZUP or if the use has been discontinued for six (6) months, then approval shall terminate at that date. 3. This ZUP is subject to revocation upon sixty (60) days notification by the Board of Supervisors, if in the opinion of the Commission and Board the continued use of the property would be contrary to the public health, safety and welfare. , ~ . ~ . pI BOOK 2 OF 2 1680 PAGE 312 (FEEt 90- 14431) Resolution No. 90-66 Page 2 4. That a Zoning/Building Permit be obtained. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on February 18, 1990 as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County zoning Regulations, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, March 5, 1990 approved this Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning ~ and Zoning Commission, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
