HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-007 ~~ -.."".- ,tIII"".., "- , - bDj- C7i f' ,-' , /"'l~~:~~~:"" ' A RESOLUTION REZONING THE W~ LOT 109, GATEWAY ACRES 19, FRO (GENERAL) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: C-2H (HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE DOLAN SPRINGS AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on January 8, 1990, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Mildred Eighnor, Dolan Springs, Arizona for a rezone from existing A (General) zone to C-2H (Highway Commercial) zone, and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on December 13, 1989 did generate a recommendation of approval of this request with the following condition noted: 1. The applicant comply with all applicable prov1s1ons of Sections 25, 26, 27, and 31 of the Mohave County Zoning Regulations; 2. That the erection of fencing to screen open storage of material be completed within one (1) year of the approval of the zoning by the Board of Supervisors; 3. That the applicant dedicate the one hundred (100') feet of right-of-way that intersects the property to the County, known as Pierce Ferry Road. That the approval of the resolution of the rezoning by the Board of Supervisors will show intent by the Board to accept the dedication of right-of-way; 4. Such change shall not be effective for at least thirty (30) days after final approval of the change in classification by the Board, being February 7, 1990, as per A.R.S. 11-829E; and BOO~, 1653 ~~.lE 254 ~"r ~..- 'f C,. ~, t '. This would not be inconsistent with area development, and WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on December 22, 1989, and posted on December 20, 1989 as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, January 8, 1990 approved this change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission, as outlined herein.
