PRo.Po.SED TO. BE: A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, LOCATED IN
THE DOLAN SPRINGS AREA, Mo.HAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on January?, 1990, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to
Kirby and Marguerite Hamm, Dolan Springs, Arizona for a rezoning
from existing A (General) zone to A-R (Agriculturai-Residential)
zone, located in the Dolan Springs area, and
WEreREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on December 13, 1989 did generate a
recommendation of approval of the request with the following
conditions noted:

Submittal and recordation
accordance with Article
Subdivision Regulations;
of a Parcel Plat prepared in
3.16 of the Mohave County
2. 'l'hat the Board of Supervisors accept the dedication of
thirty (30') feet of right-of-way along Bullhead Road
and Fourth Street as they are contiguous to this
property through the approval of the resolution
authorizing this zone change, and that the dedication
statement and dedication be shown on the parcel plat;
3. The establishment of minimum lot areas based on the
size of the parcels per the recorded Parcel Plat;

Each parcel shall have legal access;
Each parcel shall meet or exceed

WHEREAS, this property is on the southwest corner of
Bullhead Road and Fourth Street.
It lies approximately 330 feet
east of the southeast corner of Pierce Ferry Road and Fourth
Street. It is situated on flat terrain and is not susceptible to
flooding.
The applicant desires this rezone for residential
purposes and intends to add a mobile home to the property, and
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona on December 22, 1989, and posted December
20, 1989 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave
County Zoning Regulations, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, January 8, 1990 approved this
change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and
Zoning Commission, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
