A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF ~E MODiF1;.;;;/-;f~ PREVIOUSLY APPROVED CONDITIONS FOR A ZONING USE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF A FACTORY BUILT BUILDING IN LIEU OF A "HUD" LABELED MOBILE HOME ON LOT 24, RIO PALMAS UNIT 11, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. RESOLUTION NO. 90-4 JAN 10 '90 -2 ~ PM WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held January 8, 1990 a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Darrell Miller for a modification of previously approved conditions for a Zoning Use Permit (Resolution No. 89-83) for the use of a factory built building in lieu of a "BUD" labeled mobile home, with a State of Arizona insignia, as a sales/real estate office in conjunction with a mobile home sales lot in a C- 2H (Highway Commercial) zone, and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on December 13, 1989 did generate a recommendation of approval of this request, and WHEREAS, this 1.41 acre parcel is located approximately four hundred (400') feet south of the Bullhead City corporate limits on the north side of Dunlap Road on Lot 24, Rio palmas Unit #1 in the South Mohave Valley area, and WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Bom:1653 f,.,[[248 -,.. ~. . F'; ~ , i I Resolution No. 90-4 Page 2 Mohave County, Arizona on December 22, 1989 as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, January 8, 1990 approved this modification to the Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission, as outlined herein.
