RESOLUTION NO. 90-3
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE DENIAL OF A ZONING USE PERMIT
AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MOBILE HOKE AS A NIGHT
WATCHMAN'S RESIDENCE IN A C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONE, LOCATED
IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on January 8, 1990, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to
Jessie King, Topock, Arizona for a Zoning Use Permit authorizing
the establishment of a mobile home as a night watchman's
residence in a C-2 (General Commercial) zone, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on December 13, 1989 did generate a
recommendation of DENIAL of this request as it was felt that
without a structure there, the size of the parcel, the required
setbacks, and the staff recommendation for a "HUD" labeled mobile
home, that sufficient room was not available, and
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona on December 22, 1989, as ,required by the
Arizona
Revised
and
the
Mohave
Zoning
County
Statutes
Regulations, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, January 8, 1990 denied this
zoning Use Permit request as recommended by the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission, as outlined herein.
