A RESOLUTION REZONING OF PARCELS 13 & 14 AND THE S~ S~ PARCEL 15
OF THE RECORD OF SURVEY AND ROADWAY AND UTILITY EASEMENT MAP OF
SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 19 WEST RECORDED OCTOBER 24,
1975 AT RECEPTION '75-26292, TO BE KNOWN AND SUBDIVIDED AS SHIPP
ESTATES III, TRACT 3026, FROM: A-R/10A (AGRICULTURAL-
RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: R-
1/9M (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL/NINE THOUSAND SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM
LOT SIZE) ZONE AND R-O/9M (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL/HOMES
ONLY/NINE THOUSAND SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE FOR LOTS
LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED (100') FEET IN DEPTH/WIDTH, LOCATED IN THE
GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on May 7, 1990, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to
Desert Investment Properties, an Arizona General Partnership,
B.P.J.&S., a Limited Partnership, and Eldon & Pat Hershey
Kingman,
Arizona
for a rezoning
from existing A-R/IOA
(Agricultural-Residential/Ten Acre Minimum Lot Size) zone to R-
1/9M (Single Family Residential/Nine Thousand Square Foot Minimum
Lot Size) zone and R-O/9M (Single Family Residential/Homes
Only/Nine Thousand Square Foot Minimum Lot Size) zone for lots
less than one hundred (100') feet in depth/width, located in the
Golden Valley area, and
f~~ WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
t~~ and Zoning Commission on April 18, 1990 did generate a

reconunendation of approval of the request with the following
condition noted:
1. The rezone shall become effective upon the recordation
of the Final Plat.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing 'was published in the Mohave
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona on April 1, 1990, and posted March 30,
1990 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave
County Zoning Regulations, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, May 7, 1990 approved this
change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and
Zoning Commission.
