PAGE 1 OF 2 .80S RECORDING FEE 0.00 NC A RESOLUTION REZONING OF LOTS 21 THRU 26 AND LOTS 45 THRU 62, RIO HACIENDA TRACT 1224, BEING RESUBDIVIDED AND TO BE KNOWN AS PALM ESTATES II, TRACT 4104, BEING THE SW~ OF THE SE~ SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, FROM: R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: R-O (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL/MOBILE HOMES PROHIBITED) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on May 7, 1990, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Harold Sharp, Sharp Investment Company, Bullhead City, Arizona for a rezoning from existing R-1 (Single Family Residential) zone to R-O (Single Family Residential/Mobile Homes Prohibited) zone, located in the South Mohave Valley area, and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on April 18, 1990 did generate a recommendation of approval of the zone change request with the Compliance with the conditions Preliminary Plan approval. 2.
