RESOLUTION NO. 90-79
A RESOLUTION REZONING OF A ROUGHLY TEN (10) ACRE PARCEL, TO BE
KNOWN AND SUBDIVIDED AS LONE STAR COMMERCIAL PARK, TRACT 4101,
BEING THE NE~ SW~ NW~ SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22
WEST, FROM: A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE:
C-MO (COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING/OPEN LOT STORAGE) ZONE, LOCATED IN
'l'HE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on April 2, 1990, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to 5-
Star Land Development, Bullhead City, Arizona for a rezoning from
existing A-R (Agricultural-Residential) zone to C-MO (Commercial
Manufacturing/Open Lot Storage) zone, located in the South Mohave
Valley area, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on March 14,
1990 did generate a
recommendation of approval of the zone change request with the
following condition noted:

The rezoning was addressed at the Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting of October 11, 1989 and CONDITIONAL
APPROVAL was recommended to change the zoning from A-R
(Agricultural-Residential) to C-MO (Commercial
Manufacturing/Open Lot Storage), then the Commission
CONTINUED the request to rezone until the Preliminary
Plan was approved. Recommendation of apf~~~31 for the
Preliminary Subdivision Plan was given by the Planning
and Zoning Commission on March 14, 1990.

2. Such zone change shall not be effective until the Final
Plat is recorded with all conditions met as set forth
by the Board of Supervisors resolution setting forth
approval of the Final Subdivision Plan.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona on March 18, 1990, and posted March 16,
1990 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave
County Zoning Regulations, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, April 2, 1990 approved this
change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and
Zoning Commission.
