RESOLUTION NO. 90-172
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A ZONING USE PERMIT TO
ESTABLISH AN R.V. PARK IN AN A (GENERAL) ZONE ON LOT 23, PLEASANT
VALLEY ACRES, LOCATED IN THE DOLAN SPRINGS AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held July 2, 1990 a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted to Robert
Enhelder, Meadview Arizona for a zoning Use Permit to establish
an R.V. Park in an A (General) zone, and
WHEREAS, this proposed R. V. Park is located approximately
one (1) mile northeast of the southeast corner of Highway 93 and
Pierce Ferry Road.
Access will be provided directly off Pierce
Ferry Road. The property contains approximately 2.5 acres and is
currently vacant, and
WHEREAS, the plan submitted depicts approximately forty-four
(44) R.V. spaces with a density of 19.5 spaces per acre. The
Dolan Springs Area Plan depicted this area for C-2 (General
Commercial) development, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and
Zoning Commission on June

recommendation of approval of the zoning Use Permit with the
following conditions:
1. If construction or use has not commenced within one (1)
year of the Board of Supervisor I s approval of the
Zoning Use Permit or if the use has been discontinued
for six (6) months, then approval shall terminate at
that date.
2. This zoning Use Permit is subject to revocation upon
sixty (60) days notification by the Board of
Supervisors, if in the opinion of the Commission and
Board, the continued use of the property would be
contrary to the public health, safety, and welfare.
3. That a zoning/Building Permit be obtained.

Access will be limited only to Pierce Ferry Road.

No structure shall be constructed within the fifty
(50 ') foot building setback line as per the recorded
plat of 1961.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona on June 15, 1990 and posted June 14, 1990
as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County
Zoning Regulations, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, July 2, 1990 approved this
