A RESOLUTION REZONING OF THE NW% LOT 23, PARADISE ACl<tES H, FROM:
A-R/2A (AGRICULTU~-RESIDENTIAL/TWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE,
PROPOSED TO BE: A~R/1A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/ONE ACRE MINIMUM
LOT SIZE) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on June 4, 1990, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to
Roger and Elizabeth Sayles, Kingman, Arizona, for a rezonin9 from
existing A-R/2A (Agricultural-Residential/Two Acre Minimum Lot
Size) zone to A-R/1A (Agricultural-Residential/One ,II-ere Minimum
Lot Size) zone, located in the Golden Valley area, and
WHEREAS, this rezone is located approximately three ( 3)
miles west of the Highway 93/68 intersection. Lot 23 is a 2.20
acre parcel located approximately one (1) mile south of Highway
68. Access is provided via Highway 68 to Hano Road, then south
approximately one (1) mile to the northwest corner of Hano Road
and Crystal Drive. 'I'hese roads are open and bladed, and
WHEREAS, this zone change is being requested so that
building permits may be obtained and residences eS1tablished on
each of the lots which would be created by the proposed l,plit.

WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning

FEMA zones.
6. That the Board of Supervisors accept the dedication of
a ten (10') foot PUE along Crystal Drive and Hano Road
as these road right-of-ways are contiguous to' this
property through the approval of the resolution
authorizing this zone change, and that the dedication
statement be shown on the Parcel Plat.
7. Such zone change shall not be effective lEor at least
thirty (30) days after final approval of the change in
zoning classification by the Board, being J1uly 4, 1990,
as per A.R.S. 11-829E.

Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona on May 18, 1990, and posted [\;lay 15" 1990
as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County
Zoning Regulations, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, June 4, 1990 approved this
change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and
Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
