PAGE 1 OF 2 BOS RECORDING FEE 0.00 NC mcnOIll.MEO RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE ABANDONMENT OF A FIVE ( 5 ') FOOT EASEMENT ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE W~ OF THE N~ LOT 34, WILLOW VALLEY ESTA'l'ES UNIT 2, LOCA'.rED IN THE SOU'l'H MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUN'l.'Y, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 4, 1990, a public hearing was conducted to determine the abandonment request from the applicants, Harold and Sandra King, Mohave Valley, Arizona, and WHEREAS, this abandonment is located in Willow Valley Estates #2, Lot 34, Parcel 27B, which is approximately one- quarter (1/4) mile east of the southeast corner of Highway 95 and Willow Drive. This parcel's eastern border lies 470 feet west of the southwest corner of Willow Drive and Calle del Media. The souther border runs east to west between Willow Drive and poplar Drive. The easement proposed abandonment runs along this property, which is 633 feet west of the southwest corner of Willow Drive and Calle del Media, and WHEREAS, provided by Mohave County Subdivision as Regulation, Section 6.9-3, the applicant has provided a petition for a half (1/2) or partial easement abandonment, and ... . ~ . ):,,t:\ ,;,l ;~J :'ul 11~'.:'I' '~: I, '. PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 1733 PG 3~5 (FEEt90- 38067) Page 2 Resolution No. 90-139 WHEREAS, Mohave Electric Cooperative has concurred with the request and conditions of the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission, and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Commission on May 9, 1990 did generate a Zoning recommendation of approval of abandonment request with the following conditions noted: 1. Building/Zoning permit be obtained. 2. The encroachment of this structure will be no greater than five (5') feet, leaving a portion of this easement in tact. WHEREAS, the applicant is intending to acquire a building permit for a garage upon approval of this abandonment, and WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on May 18 and 25, 1990, and posted May 15, 1990 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County zoning Regulations, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, June 4, 1990 hereby abandon the five (5') foot easement as herein described.
