PAGE 1 OF 3 BOS RECORDING FEE 0.00 HC RESOLUTION NO. 90-134 A RESOLUTION REZONING PARCEL 8C, MEADVIEW COUNTRY ESTATES, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, FROM: A-R/ lOA (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: A-R/9A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/NINE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE MEADVIEW AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 4, 1990, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Dale ~i~ :::5 t:::hl:~; / 1 ::U~:gr :ca:::::al ::~~ ::::~:~l I::: :c r:e:iUnii::m f::: Size) zone to A-R/9A (Agricultural-Residential/Nine Acre Minimum Lot Size) zone, located in the Meadview area, and WHEREAS, Meadview Country Estates is located approximately two (2) miles east of Pierce Ferry Road, south of and adjoining Meadview Foothill, Tract 1198, and east of Meadview Unit 8, Tract 1123. The subject property is located in Meadview Country Estates, one-quarter (1/4) mile east of Hardy Road, and on the northwest corner of Saddleback Drive and Shore Avenue. One (1) parcel was purchased by the applicant and the other three (3) were bought by two (2) different individuals. The applicant this in it's chose to keep property present status. The Arizona Department of Real Estate accepted this decision and fined the original land owner $5,000. This property is now defined as routinely separate parcels and not a subdivision, and WHEREAS, the subject property is located on hilly terrain with several washes running through it, west to east, and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on May 9, 1990 did generate a recommendation of approval of the zone change request with the following conditions noted: 1. The applicant shall comply provisions of Section 25, 26, County Zoning Ordinance. with all applicable 27, & 31 of the Mohave 2. Only one (1) single family dwelling shall be allowed on this parcel. 3. Parcel shall have a mlnlmum lot size of nine (9) acres exclusive of roadway easements. 4. A Building/Zoning Permit construction or replacement initiated. be obtained before of any structure is 5. IE '3 Of J BK 1733 PG 332 (FEEt90- 38062> Resolution No. 90-134 Page 3 WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on May 18, 1990, and posted May 15, 1990 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, June 4, 1990 approved this change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
