PAGE 1 OF 2 BOS RECORDING FEE 0.00 HC ~ RESOLUTION NO. 90-209 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A ZONING USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH TWO RESIDENCES IN A C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONE ON LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 147, NEW KINGMAN ADDITION #10, TRACT 1103, LOCATED IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held August 6, 1990 a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Donald Tacy, Rochester, New York for a Zoning Use Permit to establish two (2) residences in a C-2 (General Commercial) zone, and WHEREAS, New Kingman Addition :ft10, Tract 1103 is located approximately one ( 1) mile east of the Stockton Hill Road/Northern Avenue intersection north of Kingman. The property is located and accessed from Stockton Hill Road, west onto Northern Avenue approximately one (1) mile then north on North Lomita Street to the southwest corner of Neal Avenue and North Lomita Street, and WHEREAS, review of Floodplain map :ft040058-2165C indicates this area to be clear of potential flooding. Surrounding land uses are mostly residential and vacant land, there are no commercial uses bordering these parcels at this time. The applicant wishes to place a mobile home on these lots for . r"'- > . Resolution No. 90-Za9 'Co / " page 2 PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 1771 F'!i 201 (FEE~90- 55786) residential use in a C-2 (General Commercial) zone, and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on July 18, 1990 did generate a recommendation of approval of the Zoning Use Permit wi1:h the following conditions: 1. That Zoning/Building permit(s) be obtained. 2. If construction or use has not commenced within one (1) year of Board approval of the Zoning Use Permit or if the use has been discontinued for six (6) months, then approval shall terminate at that date. 3. This Zoning Use Permit is subject to revocation upon sixty (60) days notification by the Board of Supervisors, if in the opinion of the Commission and Board the continued use of the proper'ty would be contrary to the public health, safety, and welfare. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on July 20, 1990 and posted,July 20, 1990 as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and NOW '.~HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, August 6, 1990 approved this Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
