PAGE 1 OF 2 BOS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne RESOLUTION NO. 90-195 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE APPROVED PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN FOR COURTNEY GREENS, TRACT 4054, BEING A PORTION OF THE E~ SW~ SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held August 6, 1990 a public hearing was conducted to discuss a request for an extension of time for the approved preliminary plan for Courtney Greens, Tract 4054, located in the ,~~"<~"1 N~ :1~,!il South Mohave Valley area, and ;~~ .'~ '~.:'~ WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision is located one-quarter (1/4) mile east of Highway, is one-quarter (1/4) mile south of Camino Colorado, is north of and adjacent to EI Rodeo Road, and is west of La Tierra Road. This eighty (80) acre parcel is east of and adjacent to Mohave Valley Business Park, Tract 4029 and the Mesa Palms Nursery. This site is west of and across La Tierra Road from Rio Vista Ranches, Tract 1229. Access is proposed via Courtney Place and Betsy place (Aztec Road) in Mohave Valley Business Park and/or from La Tierra Road, and I:~ ..~?iI '~t] ~;:~,'" ~ ~..::a WHEREAS, this is the first time extension requested by the applicant. The preliminary plan was conditionally approved via . . . . G " Resolution No. 90-195 Page 2 Resolution P&ZC: 88-10, and PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 1771 PG 155 (FEE~90- 55772) WHEREAS, the Mohave County Subdivision Regulations provide that the tentative tract approval is valid for two (2) years. The Board may grant extensions of time in one (1) year increments for the approved preliminary plan upon application or recommendation of the Commission if the subdivider is actively processing the final plat and there have been no material changes or conditions within or adjoining the preliminary plan that would warrant a revision in the design of the approved preliminary plan or a change in the required site improvements, and 0["_':;.:, .,~ ~~ : '-'.~:;., ,-,:-"::'-' NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, August 6, 1990 approved this extension of time to submit and record the final plat for this subdivision as recommended by the Commission and outlined herein.
