PAGE 1 OF 7 80S RECORDING FEE 0.00 HC RESOLUTION NO. 90-249 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE ABANDONMENT OF A CERTAIN DEDICATED PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS IN DESERT LAKES GOLF COURSE AND ESTATES, TRACT 4076-A & B, IN SECTION 35 & 36, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST OF THE GILA AND SALT RIVER BASE AND MERIDIAN, IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the special meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on September 17, 1990, a public hearing was conducted to determine the abandonment request from the .~ applicant, Westitle Corporation, as trustee for Desert Lakes :':&", Development, L. P., owners of the property involved or directly adjacent to the requested abandonment, and ~.~ ~,~ ~~~ ; ';<.~;,.1 .-.1 ~I~ WHEREAS, Mr. William E. Miller, with Holland West, Inc. will represent the petitioners in the Public Utility and Drainage Easement Vacation request, and WHEREAS, the requested abandonments are a part of the property platted by Desert Lakes Golf Course and Estates, Tract 4076-A Recorded June 2, 1989 and Tract 4076-B, recorded December 18, 1989 at Fee No. 89-67669, and WHEREAS, the portions to be abandoned and reverted to acreage are a portion of Parcel L-L, and Parcel H-H; Lots 45, "- 1 ; rt,..I.~~,.~':"..c.:; "..."",.,: -_:--z. ;~~;~1 ':.,."... ~}~ \_~ . ~E 2 OF 7 ~ 1793 PG 283 (FEE~90- 66568) Resolution No. 90-249 Page 2 Block A, Tract 4076-A; Lot 52, Block H, Tract 4076-B and Lot 15, Block H, Tract 4076-B, located in Section 35, Township 19 North, Range 22 West, located in the South Mohave Valley area, and WHEREAS, the petitions submitted are requesting the abandonment of certain dedicated and recorded easements and plotted lots as follows: LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR A PORTION OF PARCEL L-L, TRACT 4076-B PUBLIC UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO BE ABANDONED A portion of Parcel L-L of Desert Lakes Golf Course and Estates, Tract 4076-B, recorded at Fee No. 89-67669, and situated in the southeast one-quarter of Section 35, Township 19 North, Range 22 West, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Mohave County Arizona, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 15, Block H of said Tract 4076-B; Thence S23: 37' 36 "W along the westerly line of said lot a distance of 100.01 feet to the southwest corner of said lot on the northerly right-of-way lone of Desert Lakes Drive; Thence S66:22'24"E along said northerly right-of-way line a distance of 9.98 feet; Thence N23:37'36"E a distance of 100.64 feet; Thence S62:45'23"E a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning; Containing 1,004 square feet, more or less.
