Resolution No. 90-242

WHEREAS, this change sets appropriate fees for review of
mechanical, plumbing, and electrical on large projects that are
sent out to be reviewed by the International Conference of
Building Officials (ICBO).
Typically, large or complicated
projects require increased administration and inspection time and
costs; this change addresses these costs.
The primary concern
addressed is that the project fees are born by the applicant and
not subsidized by the County taxpayer, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of
Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 4,
1990 approved this amendment to the Mohave County Building Code
Ordinance No. 89-1 as recommended by the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
