'" "';i~tIED . =::90- 69895 BK 1800 PG 3: OfFICIAL RECORDS OF MOHAVE COUNTY, AI *JOAM McCALL, MOHAVE COUNTY RECORDER r RESOLUTION NO. 90-26B RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A PETITION OF EXCEPTION FOR SAGE ESTATES, TRACT 4105, N~ SE~ NW~ AND N~ N~ S~ SE~ NW~ SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on October 1, 1990, a public hearing was conducted to determine the approval of a Petition of Exception for Sage Estates, Tract 4105, and WHEREAS, the Commission at their meeting on September 12, 1990 did recommend approval of the Petition of Exception for Tract 4105 as follows: 1. Lots having double frontage. 2. Eight (8') foot PUE's along the front lot lines. The requests are justified as follows: 1. Double fronted lots protect the integrity of section line roads. Deviation from this standard shall require a non-vehicle access easement along the rear or side of these lots. 2. Eight (8') foot PUE's are requested, in self-contained subdivisions where there are no alleys, by the public utilities. l . .. ~ . ~E 2 OF 2 BK 1800 PG 338 (FEEt90- 69895) Resolution No. 90-268 Page 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, October 1, 1990 approved this modified Petition of Exception as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
