RESOLUTION NO. 90-331
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF A
ROADWAY EASEMENT IN THE SE~ SW~ SE~ SE~ SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 21
NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST OF THE GILA AND SALT RIVER BASE AND MERIDIAN
IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the special meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on Monday, November 19, 1990, a public
hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be
granted to Peggy Gilliam, Kingman, Arizona, for the abandonment
of the north eight (8') feet of the south fifty (50') feet of the
SE~ SW~ SE~ SE~ of Section 20, Township 21 North, Range 18 West,
and
WHEREAS, as the intent of the Planning and Zoning Commission
was to rezone this parcel via Board of Supervisors Resolution No.
90-174 with one of the conditions being a dedication of a forty-
two (42') foot roadway easement along with the granting of an
eight (8') foot public utility easement, and
WHEREAS, the granting of the aforementioned abandonment will
allow the granting of the eight (8') foot public utility easement
requested by the Planning and zoning Commission, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors
hereby abandon the dedicated roadway easement 'as herein described
in the legal descriptions, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of
Supervisors hereby adopts this Resolution No.
90-331 and
instructs the Clerk of the Board to record this resolution with
the County Recorder and make reference to this resolution on the
previous Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 90-174.
