ABANDON (REVERSION TO ACREAGE) A PORTION OF LAKE CIMARRON ESTATES, UNIT 1, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held November 5, 1990 a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Granite Reef Farms, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona, for an abandonment (reversion to acreage) of Lake Cimarron Estates, Unit 1, and WHEREAS, this abandonment (reversion to acreage) is a portion of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 22 West, which is located approximately seven (7) miles south of Bullhead City and has frontage on the east side of Highway 95. Lake Cimarron Estates is approximately seven and one-half (7.5) miles south of Bullhead City and fronts on Highway 95, and WHEREAS, this pie-shaped subdivision was platted in 1963 and no lots have been sold since that time. In 1982 a petition to abandon streets and easements was granted via Board Resolution 82-1708. Resolution 90-314 PAGE 2 OF 3 BK 1816 PG 973 (fEE~90- 77605) Page 2 WHEREAS, a portion of this subdivision is proposed to become part of The Willows at Cimarron Lake, Unit Two, Tract 4063, and the applicant wishes all prior recordations to be cleared in order to facilitate this new development, and WHEREAS, the applicant provided all necessary has information documentation required Mohave County by and Subdivision Regulation 1.12 regarding the above abandonment (reversion to acreage), and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on October 10, 1990 did generate a recommendation of conditional approval of this abandonment with the following conditions: 1. If the resubdivision which initiated this abandonment request is not recorded within one (1) year, the above referenced area shall revert to it's previous condition. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on October 19, 1990, and posted October 18, 1990 as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and .... . .....-..... . .
