PAGE 1 OF 2 ilOHlWE C:!lli!HY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING rEE 0.00 He RESOLt)TiOlif~NO;9 0 '- 312 A RESOLU'I'ION SETTING FORTH CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF A REQUEST TO ABANDON (REVERSION TO ACREAGE) A PORTTON OF RIO HACIENDA, TRl'lCT 1224, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held November 5, 1990 a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Jacqueline Burgess, Bullhead City, Arizona, for an abandonment (reversion to acreage) of a portion of Rio Hacienda, Tract 1224, and WHEREAS, this abandonment (reversion to acreage) in Rio Haciemda, Tract 1224, is located approximately one-half (.5) mile from Highway 95, east on Camp Mohave Road, 750 feet north on Calle Del ~Iedia and east to Puerto Verde Drive. The lots proposed to be abandoned (reversion to acreage) are lots 21 through 27 inclusive, and lots 45 through 63 inclusive. Rio Hacienda, Tract 1224, was recorded Qctober 27, 1975, at reception No. 75-26325, and WHEREAS, These abandonments are being proposed in order to facilitate Palm Estates II, Tract 4104, a subdivision which is being developed over the now defunct Rio Hacienda subdivision. The applicant has provided all necessary information and documentation required by Mohave County Subdivision Regulation 1.12 regarding the above abandonment (reversion to acreage), and I'~"=''---'-~~'''''=-_''n''' '''''''''~-'..:~_. ~ ~ r'l ~~ PAGE 2 DF 2 BY>. HUb PIi 966 (FEE~90- 77603) Resolution 90-312 Page 2 WHlmEAS, a public hearing before the Moha.ve County Plan!ling and Zoning Commission on October 10, 1990 did generate a recommendation of conditional approval of this abandonment with the following condition: 1. If the resubdivision which initiated this abandonment request is not recorded within one (1) year, the above referenced area shall revert to it's previous condition. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Nohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in King~an, Mohave County, Arizona on October 19, 1990, and posted October 18, 1990 as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and, the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday r November 5, 1990 approved this abandonment request (reversion to acreage) as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
