A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE REZONING OF THE W~ SE~ NW~ SECTION
26, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, TO BE KNOWN AND SUBDIVIDED
AS PALMS ON THE MESA, TRACT 4126, FROM: A-R (AGRICULTURAL-
RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: R-O (SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL/MOBILE HOMES PROHIBITED) AND N-P (NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS)
ZONES, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on December 3, 1990, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Kent
II Grove, Del Rio Development, Inc., Bullhead City, Arizona for a
rezoning from existing A-R (Agricultural Residential) zone to R-O
(Single Family Residential/Mobile Homes Prohibited) and N-P
(Neighborhood Parks) zones, between EI Rodeo Road and Joy Lane
east of Highway 95, located in the South Mohave Valley area, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and zoning Commission reco~nends
APPROVAL of the requested zone change contingent upon the
following conditions:
1. The proposed amendment to the South Mohave Valley Area
plan is approved and provides for this zone change.
2 .
The preliminary plat indicates lots which are less than
six thousand (6,000') square feet in area. The minimum
lot size for R-O (six thousand square feet) must be met
by all lots before recordation of final plat.

4. The applicant comply with all applicable provisions of
Sections 25, 26, 27, and 31 of the Mohave County Zoning
Regulations.
5. The rezone shall become effective upon the recordation
of the Final Plat.
6. The designation of Parcel A as a neighborhood park by
the Board of Supervisors shall become effective upon
the recordation of the Final Plat.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona on November 18, 1990, and posted November

16, 1990 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes, and the Mohave
County Zoning Regulations, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, December 3, 1990 approved
this change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
