TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, TO BE KNOWN AND SUBDIVIDED AS
MESA VISTA, TRACT 4117, FROM: A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL)
ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: R-O/6M (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL/MOBILE
HOMES PROHIBITED/SIX THOUSAND SQUARE FEET MINIMUM LOT SIZE) AND
C-I/3A (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL/THREE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE)
ZONES, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on December 3, 1990, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to
Black Mountain Development, Bullhead City, Arizona for a rezoning
from existing A-R (Agricultural Residential) zone to R-O/6M
(Single Family Residential/Mobile Homes Prohibited/Six Thousand
Square Feet Minimum Lot
Size)
and C-1/3A
(Neighborhood
Commercial/Three Acre Minimum Lot Size) zones, between Camp
Mohave Road and EI Rodeo Road east of Mountain View Road, located
in the South Mohave Valley area, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends
APPROVAL
of
a
zone
change
to
R-O/6M
(Single
Family
Residential/Six thousand square feet minimum lot size) and C-1/3A
:~ (Neighborhood Commercial/Three Acre Minimum Lot Size) contingent

1. The proposed amendment to the South Mohave Valley Area
Plan is approved and provides for this zone change.

Sections 25, 26, 27, and 31 of the Mohave County Zoning
Regulations.
4. The rezone shall become effective upon the recordation
of the Final Plat.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona on November 18, 1990, and posted November

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, December 3, 1990 approved
this change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
