In that event, the item will be removed from the CONSENT AGENDA for separate discussion and action MOHA VE COUNTY GENERAL AREA 5. Evaluation of an AMENDMENT to BOS Resolution No. 99-316, the conditional Final Plat approval for Last Lap Subdivision, Tract 3807, being a subdivision of Parcel 31-B of Record of Survey, Book 15, Page 87, in a portion of Section 31, Township 15 North, Range 17 West, in the Mohave County General Area. (RESOLUTION NO. 2000-35) 6. Approve transfer of $9,563, from General Fund Contingency for a lift equipped maxi-van and agreement to provide a 22.5% match approved by the Board in March, 1998, for the Mohave County Senior Programs Division of the Mohave County Health and Social Services Department. 7. Approve transfer of $26,000 from General Fund Contingency (to be reimbursed) to administer March 14, 2000, Lake Havasu City Special Election; Hospital District #1, Regular Board Election; Topock and Peach Springs School District Special elections; and to administer the City of Kingman March 14, 2000, Primary Election and May 16, 2000 General Election. 8. Approve the new Intergovernmental Agreement (#05-2007) and budget for STD Control Services between ADHS and Mohave County (replacing the expired contract #65-2027) and runs from 01-01-2000 through 12-31-2000. 9. Approval of"Fill the Gap" budget for the remainder of Fiscal Year 1999-2000, in the amounts of $7,698 for the Public Defender and $7,698 for the Legal Defender. 10. Approve the adjusted budget for the WIC/Tobacco Program (fund 271-5140) and to approve an increase of position #980049, Community Nutrition Specialist I, from .8 FTE to 1.0 F.T.E. 11. Approve the adjusted FY 99/00 budget for the amended CNP contract (contract amendment was approved at the 11/1/99 Meeting), approving an increase of position #200008, Community Nutrition Specialist 1, from .8 FTE to 1.0 FTE. 12. Approval of budget modification request for State Aid Enhancement and Addendum A - Division - Intake for the Mohave County Probation Department and Superior Court. 13. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-47- Acceptance of a portion of Bowie Road in Golden Valley area into the Mohave County Tertiary Road Maintenance System. 20. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-46 - Authorizing the posted speed limit of 45 miles per hour on County Route 91 be revised and decreased to 35 miles per hour from mile post 2 to mile post 6, Beaver Dam/Littlefield area, Mohave County, Arizona. 21. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-45 - Authorizing the revision of the posted speed limits from mile post 11.00 to mile post 8.4 on County Route 91, Beaver Dam/Little field area, Mohave County, Arizona. 22.
