provide Construction Inspection Services verification and inspection and testing in accordance with the
Contract Agreement and the attached Scope of Services for the Griffith Water System Transmission
Line, Storage Tank and Pump Projects located South of Kingman and West of the Griffith Interchange
on 1-40.
35. BOARD SITTING AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS - MOHAVE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT: Approval of the Real Estate Purchase Contract and Escrow Instructions and the Warranty
Deed and Dedication for property located at 4270 N. Benton Street, known as Lot 30 Block B, Lake
Mohave Country Club Estates, Unit 3 Amended. Mohave Wash Channel alignment from Gordon
Avenue to North Benton Street in the North Kingman (Butler) area.
36. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-49 - Approval of the Intergovernmental
Agreement for Property Use during the Winter Blast of February 17-20, 2000, between Lake Havasu
City, Mohave County, contingent upon approval by Lake Havasu City and the receipt of the fully signed
Intergovernmental Agreement and Lake Havasu City's Resolution.
37. Approve the hiring of two (2) additional persons to the in-house janitorial staff; due to the addition of
nearly 40,000 square feet, as requested by Richard Skalicky, P.E., Mohave County Public Works
Director. (Requires a Contingency Fund transfer of $8,127 per FTE for remainder of fiscal year)
