Award of Bid No. 99-B-08 - Correctional Institutional Supplies extending agreements with Bob Barker Company, ACME Supply Company, International Shaving and Robinson Textiles for an additional one (1) year period from March 8, 2000 through March 7, 2001. 14. Award of Bid No. 00-B-04 - Self Contained Breathing Apparatus and Related Equipment, to United Fire Equipment, Tucson, AZ, in the amount of $30,533.50, plus applicable sales tax. 15. Award of Bid No. 00-B-01 - Project No. MC00-5112 (GT) - Griffith Water System 1.5 Million Gallon Storage Tank to Eidson Steel Products of Albuquerque, New Mexico in the amount of $378,619.79, contingent upon acceptance and approval of the Bid Bond and Contractor qualifications statement to include financial stability. 16. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-118 - Adopting Mohave County Policy and Procedure Memorandum No. 2000-2 - Regarding "Children At Play" Signs. 20. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-119 - Adopting Mohave County Policy and Procedure Memorandum No. 2000-3 - Regarding Altered Prima Facie Speed Limits on County Highways. 21. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-116 - Amending Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 99-485 - requesting the Arizona Department of Commerce to establish an Enterprise Zone in portions of Mohave County, as requested by the Mohave County Economic Development Authority. 24. Approval of Budget Modifications for Adult Funds, as requested by the Mohave County Probation Department (budget line account changes for the Intensive Probation Supervision; State Aid Enhancement; Community Punishment Program and Interstate Compact grants). 25. Approval of amendment #1 to the Injury Prevention Services Contract #9530234, which provides a budget term of January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2000 and approve the amended budget for this program in the amount of $21,600. 26. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-120 - Approval of Mohave County Health and Social Services, Senior Programs Division, application for an ADOT vehicle and provide $9,563, from General Fund Contingency, to meet the 22.5% match for an ADOT wheel chair vehicle once grant is approved. 27. Approval of Data Sharing Agreement #99068 HB-01-CHD, between Mohave County Department of Health and Social Services/AHCCCS Division and the Arizona Department of Economic Security Division of Employment and Rehabilitation and Employment Security Administration. 28. Approve agreement with Red River Communications for direct connectivity to Intemet, at 256 kilobits per second, in exchange for providing a secured area to locate Red River's equipment. 29. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-88 - Approval of Intergovernmental Agreement between Mohave County and Lake Havasu City regarding participation in Mohave County's Rental Assistance Program administered by Mohave County Housing Authority. 30. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-89 - Authorizing submission of a grant application for State Housing funds and home funds for emergency housing assistance. .3._1. ° Approval of FY 1999/2000 grant budget increase of $50,337 and contract amendment #2 of Contract #EO5708016 (PY 97 Title II JTPA Programs), Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Department of Economic Security and Mohave County for the Mohave County/LaPaz Service Delivery Area. The budget increase will be funded fi:om an incentive award and additional grant revenue available that was not originally anticipated. 32. Removal of Ema Bopp as SARA Precinct Committeeman; appointment of Caroline Kirby as Rainbow Precinct Committeeman; and Bob Arias, Mohave Mesa Precinct Committeeman; as requested by the Mohave County Republican Central Committee. 33. Confirm the appointmem of Mark Baron as Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore in the Moccasin Justice Court. 34. Approval for the Chairman to execute comments letter to the Bureau of Land Management on behalf of the Mohave County Public Land Use Committee, Mining Subcommittee. 35. Accept the resignation of Judith K. Moore, as member of the Mohave County Trash Task Force, for Supervisorial District 3. 36.
