Acknowledge receipt and refer to the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Department, Petition for an ABANDONMENT of Saguaro Way, southerly from its intersection with Saguaro Drive to its terminus, adjoining LOts 153 and 154, RANCHO PALO VERDE, Tract 4138, in Section 1, T17N, R22W, in the South Mohave Valley area (east of State Highway 95 and south of Laguna Drive), Mohave County, Arizona. 6. Approval of an extension of the annual agreement for Building Safety Services with GP Engineering, P.C., Phoenix, Arizona, on an as-required basis, for the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Department. 7. Accept the Grant of Easement along the east 25 feet of Lots 3 and 6, Block 215, Virgin Acres, Tract No. 1, located in Section 32, T41N, R15W, G&SRM, Mohave County, Arizona, from Neil and Sonja Young to Mohave County. 8. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-302 - Authorizing the posting of stop signs at the streets intersecting with Eagle Drive and Mallard Drive, North Kingman area, Mohave County, Arizona. 9. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-303 - Authorizing the posting of stop signs and yield signs at streets intersecting with Powell Avenue, North Kingman area, Mohave County, Arizona. 10. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-304 - Authorizing the posting of 25 miles per hour speed limit sign on Diagonal Way, Butler area, Mohave County, Arizona. PULLED. 11. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-305 - Authorizing the posting of a stop sign at the intersection of North Sierra Road and Butler Avenue, Butler area, Mohave County, Arizona. 12. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-306 - Authorizing the posting of stop signs on the west leg of intersections of Calle Del Media and Calle Agrada Drive and Calle Del Media and Puerto Verde Drive, Fort Mohave Mesa area, Mohave County, Arizona. 13. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SITTING AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - GOLDEN VALLEY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT: Approval of Corporate Resolution allowing Zelda Wright to work with the Arizona Department of Revenue concerning Sales Tax Problems. 15. Approval of waivers for tax exemption status for the 2000 tax year, as requested by Beverly Payne, Mohave County, Assessor. 16. Approval of Arizona Criminal Justice Commission Crime Victim Assistance Program Grant Agreement - ACJC Grant Number VA-01-025, as requested by William J. Ekstrom, Mohave County Attorney. 17. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SITTING AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - MOHAVE COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT: Acceptance of donation of 600 children's books ($3,000 value) from the General Federation of Women's Clubs, AZ, to the Mohave County Library District. 18. Approval of the monthly report for Procurement Activity between $10,000 and $25,000. 19. Approve rejection of all proposals for RFP No. 00-P-15 - Cost and Impact Analysis for Moving the County Seat. 20. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Mohave County Health and Social Services Department - Senior Programs and Lake Havasu City for assistance in funding a Senior Center at 470 S. Acoma Blvd., Lake Havasu City. 21. Acceptance of donation from Arizona Department of Environmental Quality in the amount of $1,500, to reimburse the Administration Division for uncovered expenses for the Water Conference on May 10, 2000. 22. Approval of Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant (JAIBG), as requested by the Mohave County Probation Department. 23. Approval of a Court Improvement Project Grant for FY2001 in the amount of $18,682.03, as requested by Bonnie Kleiman, ADR Administrator. 24. Acknowledge receipt of State Funded Summer Youth Program Final Allocation ($21,339) for Mohave County and approval of Budget for FY 2000-2001, as requested by Susie Parel Duranceau, Mohave County Community Development Director. 25. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-252 - Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security and Mohave County for receipt of Workforce Investment Act (W.I.A.) grant funds for the Mohave/La Paz Local Workforce Investment Area for program year (PY) 2000. 26. Approval of a Special Event Liquor License for the Mohave County Democrat Central Committee, to be held at Area #1, Hualapai Mountain Park, Kingman, Arizona, on AuguSt 20, 2000. 27. Approval of Original Liquor License application for Randy Nations, DBA: Hamilton Ranch, Old Hwy 91, Beaver Dam, Mohave County, Arizona, Series No. 11. 28.
