Approval of"Scenic Route" signs on all County maintained roads designated by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors as Scenic Routes. 38. Approve the placement of approximately 3000 yards of millings available from ADOT and chip sealing on Antares Road from Highway 66 to the first cattle guard in the East Kingman Area. 39. Acknowledge receipt and refer to the Mohave County Transportation Commission for review and recommendation a petition to establish 21st East, beginning at Pierce Ferry Road and ending at 21 st (East End) with a general course and direction of West to East, as a County Highway in the Dolan Springs area 40. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SITTING AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - GOLDEN VALLEY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1: Approve a ten-foot (10') Utility Easement Agreement for an electrical Guy Anchor purposed only from Mohave County to Citizens Communications Company located at the southwest coruer of Well Site Parcel "A", Crystal Springs Estates, Tract 3010, Section 2, T21N, R19W of the G&SRM, Mohave County in the Golden Valley area. 42. Set a Public Hearing for August 21, 2000, a Petition to establish Estrella Road from Highway 68 to Troy Road as a County Highway and improve said road with millings available from ADOT and chip seal, located in Golden Valley. 43. Set a Public Hearing for August 21, 2000, a Petition to establish Wilkes Ranch Road from Stockton Hill Road to Cherum as a County Highway with a general course and direction of East and West, located in North Kingman. 44. Set a Public Hearing for August 21, 2000, a Petition to establish Desoto Drive from Highway 95 or South Drive to Highway 95 or Vista Drive as a County Highway, located in the Mohave Valley area. 45. Approve the appointment of Michael Hendrix, Patty Mead, and Christine Ballard to the Technical Advisory Committee for the Areawide Water Quality Management Plan. 46. Approve the hiring of Nicholas S. Hont, P.E., at Range 50/Step 10 for the position of Engineering Manager-Construction. 47. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SITTING AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS - MOHAVE COUNTY TELEVISION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT: Approval of one (1) year extension to the Maintenance Contract with Wecom, Inc., of Kingman, Arizona, in the amount of $178,670.59, effective September 1, 2000 through August 31, 2001. 48. Approval of $3,586.75 increase in expenditures (Contingency Account transfer) for the Medical Examiner FY 2000/2001 budget. 49. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-304 - Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement setting forth the fiscal relationship between Mohave County and La Paz County under the Mohave/LaPaz Local Workforce Investment Area Consortium pursuant to the Workforce Investment Act (P.L. 105-220). 50. Acceptance of Special Warranty Deed where Don Laughlin is conveying certain property to Mohave County for Airport and related purposes. 51. Approval of FY 2000/2001 Direct Grant with the Arizona Department of Health Services in the amount of $38,533 for public health nurse and/or sanitarian, as requested by the Mohave County Health and Social Services Department. 52. Approval of Agreement for Election Services with Election Operations Services (EOS) Glendale, Arizona, effective August 7, 2000 through August 6, 2003. 53. Approval of County Manager's Ordinance Report for the time period of June 20, 2000 through July 11, 2000. 54.
