The form should then be given to the Clerk of the Board or Deputy Clerk prior to the meeting. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONSENT AGENDA: The following items listed under CONSENT AGENDA will be considered as a group and acted upon by one motion with no separate discussion of said items, unless a Board Member so requests. In that event, the item will be removed from the CONSENT AGENDA for separate discussion and action. SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA: 5. Evaluation of a request for a REZONE of the E ½ NE ¼ NW ¼ NW ¼ of Section 23, excluding the northern 42 feet, in Township 18 North, Range 22 West, from A-R (Agricultural-Residential) zone to C-M (Commercial-Manufacturing) zone, in the South Mohave Valley Area (east of State Highway 95, between Hulet Avenue and King Street), Mohave County, Arizona. (COMMISSION APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS VOTE - RESOLUTION NO. 2000-348). 6. Acknowledge receipt and refer to the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Department, for review and recommendation, a petition to abandon a 1 O-foot Public Utility Easement along the southern portion of Lot 166, MEADVIEW TERRACE, Tract 1034, in Section 11, T30N, R17W, in the Meadview portion of the Mohave County General area (east of Pierce Ferry Road at the intersection of Sandy Point Drive and Coral Isle Drive), Mohave County, Arizona. 7. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-379 - Accepting Estrella Road from Highway 68 to Agua Fria as a County Highway and improve said road with milling available from ADOT and chip seal. Located in Section 11, T21N, R19W, in the Golden Valley area, Mohave County, Arizona. 8. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-380- Denying as a County Highway Wilkes Ranch Road from Stockton Hill Road to Cherum, located in Section 25, T23N, R17W, in the North Kingman Area, Mohave County, Arizona. 9. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-381 - Denying as a County Highway Desoto Drive from Highway 95 (South Drive) to Highway 95 (Vista Drive), located in Section 35, T18N, R22W, in the Mohave Valley area, Mohave County, Arizona. 10. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-378 - Authorizing the posting of a Stop Sign at the intersection of Calle Del Media and Hammer Lane in T19N, R22W, Section 26, Fort Mohave Mesa Area, Mohave County, Arizona. 11. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-377 - Authorizing the posting of Stop Signs stopping traffic entering on to North Sierra Road and North Van Nuys Road in New Kingman Addition, Unit 11, Tract 1104, North Kingman area, Mohave County, Arizona. 12. Accept dedication for Right-of-Way along the South of Parcel 292, as one of the conditions of approval of Valley Park Estates, Tract 3041-A being the South 42 feet of the SW ¼ of Section 14, T21N, R19W of the G&SRM, Mohave County, Arizona, located in the Golden Valley area. 13. Acknowledge receipt and refer to the Mohave County Public Works Department for review and recommendation, a petition to have Calle Alamo beginning at Bank Street and ending at Avenida Obregon, with a general course of West to East in the North Kingman area, included in the County Tertiary Road Maintenance system. 14. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SITTING AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS - MOHAVE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT: Approval of the Real Estate Purchase Contract and Escrow Instructions and the Warranty Deed and Dedication for property located at 4075 N. Irving, known as Lots 17 & 18, Block CC, Lake Mohave Country Club Estates, located within the Mohave Wash Channel alignment from Gordon Avenue to North Benton Street in the North Kingman (Butler) area. 15. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-342 - Approving the amended IGA between the Mohave County Department of Health and Social Services, Senior Programs Division and the City of Lake Havasu, for the construction of a senior center, as approved by the Board of Supervisors on July 24, 2000. 16. Adoption of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2000-343 - Approving the IGA between Mohave County and Lake Havasu City, authorizing participation in Mohave County's Rental Assistance Program administered by Mohave County Housing Authority and pledging to commit funds for administration. 17. Approval of monthly report for Procurement Activity between $10,000 and $25,000. 18. Approval of waivers for eligible applicants for property tax exemption for the 2000 tax year, as requested by Beverly Payne, Mohave County Assessor. 19. Appointment of Richard Skalicky, P.E., Interim County Manager to another term as Trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust and Self-Insured Retention Trust Fund Boards with a three year term of 07/01-00 through 06/30/2003. 20. Appointment of C.D. Tyra, to serve the un-expired term of Mrs. Linda Yarbrough, on the Mohave County Merit Commission for Supervisorial District 1. 21.
