BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SITTING AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS - MOHAVE COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT: Approval of "Unattended Children Policy" as recommended by library staff and the Citizens Library Advisory Committee. 39. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SITTING AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS - MOHAVE COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT: Acceptance of donation of $1,108.48 from Friends of the Kingman Library to reimburse the purchase of two white board conference cabinets. 40. Acceptance of annual report as provided by the Treasurer for period covering July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000. '41. Compromise of taxes in Improvement District #126 to 1999 value, as recommended by William J. Ekstrom, Mohave County Attorney. 42.
