It RESOLUTION NO. 91-5 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE REZONING OF A PORTION OF THE SE~ SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, TO BE KNOWN AND SUBDIVIDED AS MOONRIDGE, TRACT 4119, FROM: A-R (AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: R-O/8M (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL/MOBILE HOMES PROHIBITED/EIGHT THOUSAND SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on January 7, 1991, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Joe Van Mouwerik, Redlands, California for a rezoning from existing A-R (Agricultural Residential) zone to R-O/8M, (Single Family Residential/Eight Thousand Square Foot Minimum Lot Size) zone, approximately 1~ miles east of Highway south of Hammer Lane, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat indicates lots which are greater than fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet and the standard R-O zoning may not be appropriate. Therefore, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend APPROVAL of a zone change to R-O/8M (Single Family Residential/Eight thousand square feet minimum lot size) contingent upon the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the conditions Preliminary Plat approval. stated on the' ............r_.... .... . ~AGE 2 OF 2 ~K 1841 PG 967 (FEE~91- 2015) Resolution No. 91-5 Page 2 2. The applicant comply with all applicable provisions of Sections 25, 26, 27, and 31 of the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. 3. The rezone shall become effective upon the recordation of the Final Plat. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on December 21, 1990, and posted December 20, 1990 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes, and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, January 7, 1991 approved this change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
