RESOLUTION NO. 91-2
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE REZONING OF A PORTION OF SECTION
21, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 20 WEST, TO BE KNOWN AND SUBDIVIDED
AS LAKERIDGE SUBDIVISION, TRACT 3035, FROM: A (GENERAL) AND R-E
(RESIDENTIAL RECREATION) ZONES, PROPOSED TO BE: SD/R (SPECIAL
DEVELOPMENT/RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE LAKE HAVASU AREA,
MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on January 7, 1991, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Lyle
Matzdorf, Sun States Development, Scottsdale, Arizona for a
rezoning from existing A (General)
and R-E
(Residential
Recreation) zones to SD/R (Special Development/Residential) zone,
occupying the southwest corner of Chenoweth Drive and Highway 95,
and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, at their
regular meeting on December 12, 1990, recommended approval of the
requested zone change contingent upon the following conditions:

3. That the ZONING PLAN be approved for a (SD)R (Special
Development/Residential) in accordance with Section 19
of the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.

4. The owner accepts that whenever a "SD" zone is granted,
each phase of stage or development, building proposals
shall be submitted to the planning staff, to be
evaluated and compared with the approved zoning plan
before any permits may be granted.
5. Any significant change (as determined by the Planning
Director - appealable to the Planning Commission) in
the approved zoning plan shall require a rehearing on
the change before the Commission, with a final
determination to be made by the Board.
6. Staff will maintain the most current approved ZONING
PLAN on file in the master zoning folder for reviews.
7. The use of this property may not be changed by the
owner/developer or subsequent owners as it is approved
unless subsequently approved by the Board in accordance
with Arizona Statutes Annotated, Title II, Chapter 6,
Section 11-832.

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Mohave

County Zoning Regulations, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, January 7, 1991 approved this
change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and
Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
