PAGE 1 OF ~ MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 He RESOLUTION NO. 91-69 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE REZONING OF A PORTION OF THE E~ S~ S~ SE~ SW~ SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, TO BE KNOWN AND SUBDIVIDED AS ALLINGTON ACRES, TRACT 4115, FROM: A-R (AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: R-O (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL/MOBILE HOMES PROHIBITED) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on March 4, 1991, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Richard D. & Dorothea Allington of Grove, Oklahoma for a rezoning from existing A-R (Agricultural Residential) zone to R-O (Single Family Residential/Mobile Homes Prohibited) zone, located on the north side of Joy Lane approximately one and one-half (1.5) miles east of Highway 95 in the South Mohave Valley area, and WHEREAS, The subject property is accessed from Highway 95 via Joy Lane approximately one and one-half (1.5) miles east on the north side 0 f the road. This parcel has frontage on Joy Lane, and WHEREAS, review of floodplain map #040058-2445C indicates this area is in a minor flood zone, and "" , - . ~AGE 2 OF 3 81< 1860 PG 475 (FEE~1- 10557) Resolution No. 91-69 Page 2 WHEREAS, this property is currently vacant and surrounding land uses consist of the Charisma subdivision to the east with low density residential and vacant land to the north and west. The preliminary plat indicates the creation of 16 lots on this 4.39 acre parcel with the minimum lot size being 8,000 square feet and the maximum being 10,275 square feet with an average of 9,276 square feet. The preliminary plan for Tract 4115 was approved by the Board via Resolution No. 91-43 at their meeting on February 4, 1991, and WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on February 13, 1991 did generate a recommendation of approval of this zone change request contingent upon the following: 1.
