A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A ZONING USE PERMIT TO
ESTABLISH A MOBILE HOME AS A SALES OFFICE IN AN A (GENERAL) ZONE,
LOCATED IN LAKERIDGE ESTATES, TRACT 3035, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 14
NORTH, RANGE 20 WEST, IN THE LAKE HAVASU AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held June 3, 1991 a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted to Scott F. Ward
of Forward properties, Inc., Lake Havasu City, Arizona, for a
Zoning Use Permit to establish a mobile home as a sales office in
an A (General) zone, located in LAKERIDGE ESTATES, Tract 3035,
Section 21, Township 14 North, Range 20 West, in the Lake Havasu
area, and
WHEREAS, Lakeridge Estates, Tract 3035, is contiguous with
Lake Havasu City.
It has access to the west side of State
Highway 95 and abuts State land on the northern boundary as well
as the Lake Havasu City limits. It abuts undeveloped land to the
south and west. The street patterns form a community atmosphere
with primary access from Chenoweth Drive (two (2) connections
with Chenoweth Drive) and one (1) with Highway 95, and

conjunction with Lakeridge Estates. Tract 3035. The sales office
will be temporary and will be removed.
The owner/developer has
indicated his approval of this proposed use as he is also the
applicant.
This proposal is similar to cases that have been
approved by the Board of Supervisors in the recent past, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and
Zoning

recommendation of conditional approval of the Zoning Use Permit
(ZUP) with the following conditions noted:
1. This permit shall be a temporary permit for a one year
period, retroactive to the placement of the mobile
home/sales office (on or about April 1, 1991), with
provision for one (1) extension of one (1) year.

office use extends beyond one (1) year from the date of
Board approval.
7. That appropriate zoning/building permits be obtained.

Mohave County, Arizona on May 19, 1991, and posted May 17, 1991
as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County
Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, June 3, 1991 approved this
zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
