PAGE 1 OF 2 t10HAVC COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 He RESOLUTION NO. 91-272 A RESOLUTION NAMING TWO (2) ROADS LOCATED IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, LOCATED IN THE KINGMAN AREA , MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held Monday, October 7, 1991, a public hearing was conducted naming two (2) roads in Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 17 West in the Kingman area, and 900 feet south of Section 35's northern boundary. This road WHEREAS, Section 35 is located approximately six (6) miles north of the intersection of Stockton Hill road and Northern Avenue. The first road under consideration has direct access to Stockton Hill Road, on the west side of the street, approximately extends in a westerly direction approximately 4000 feet. The proposed name is Quail Crest Road. The second road intersects the proposed Quail Crest Road approximately 2100 feet west of Stockton Hill Road. The second road extends in a southerly direction for approximately 2400 feet. The proposed name for this road is Coyote Run Road, and WHEREAS, the Rural Addressing Coordinator has reviewed this request for compliance with County requirements and has indicated approval of the proposed road names as noted, and ., .... . PAu'E-' 2 OF BK 1957 PG 2 401 (FEE~91-55289) page 2 -Jt Resolution 91-272 WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their meeting on September 11, 1991 did recommend APPROVAL of this road naming request contingent upon the following conditions: 1. Compliance with specifications as set forth in Section 32 of the Mohave County regulations or its successor. 2. The approval of this request does not indicate assumption by the County for road maintenance without separate approval by the Board of Supervisors. WHEREAS, the notice for this public hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on September 20, 1991 and posted September 20, 1991 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, October 7, 1991 approved these street names as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
