RESOLUTION NO. 91-255 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE ZONING USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH TWO (2) RESIDENCES ON LOTS 19 & 20, BLOCK 147, NEW KINGMAN ADDITION #10, TRACT 1103 IN A C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held September 3, 1991 a public hearing was conducted to discuss a request for an extension of time for an approved Zoning Use Permit (ZUP) on Lots 19 & 20, New Kingman [.,.J Addition no, Tract 1103, located Kingman area, and WHEREAS, New Kingman Addition #10, Tract 1103 is located approximately one ( 1 ) mile east of the Stockton Hill Road/Northern Avenue intersection north of Kingman. The property is located and accessed from Stockton Hill Road, west onto Northern Avenue approximately one (1) mile then north on North Lomita Street to the southwest corner of Neal Avenue and North Lomita Street, and WHEREAS, review of Floodplain map #0400S8-2165C indicates this area to be cl~ar of potential flooding. Surrounding land C"'" f~~ uses are mostly residential and vacant land, there are no tj commercial uses bordering these parcels at this time. I :] ~j : \ ! mobile home. these lots for a residential use in a C-2 (General Commercial) zone, and WHEREAS, the Commission recommended approval of the current ZUP for these lots in July of 1990 and the Board approved Resolution 90-209 in August of 1990. The applicant has requested an extension based on difficulties in selling his home in New York State. The applicant feels that with the extension he can have additional time to sell his home and be able to move to Kingman, and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, at their meeting on August 14, 1991, recommended APPROVAL of a one (1) year extension of time this Zoning Use Permit (ZUP) for establishment of two (2) residences on Lots 19 & 20, Block 147, New Kingman Addition #10, Tract 1103 with the following conditions noted:. 1. Compliance with conditions of Resolution 90-209. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 3, 1991 approved this extension of time to August, 1992 to meet the conditions of approval set forth in Resolution No. 90-209 as recommended by the Commission and outlined herein.
