As the proposed use, a parsonage, is directly tied into
the adjoining commercial zoning/use (the Church of
Nazarene site) a buffer is not required. However, if
the use is discontinued, a buffer shall be required
along the east and north boundaries of this
development. The buffer shall be in the form of a six
(6 ') foot block wall. (Commission would consider an
engineered design to assure lot protection and non-
access in lieu of a block wall.)
