RESOLUTION NO. 91-252
A RESOLUTION NAMING TWO (2) ROADS LOCATED IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP
23 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, LOCATED IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MOHAVE
COUNTY, ARIZONA
WH~REAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held Monday, August 5, 1991, a public hearing was
conducted naming two (2) roads in Section 1, Township 23 North,
Range 17 West in the Kingman area, and
WHEREAS, Section 1 is located approximately ten (10) miles
north of the intersection of Stockton Hill road and Northern
Avenue. The first road under consideration has direct access to
Stockton Hill Road, on the west side of the street, approximately
1300 feet south of Section 1 t S northern boundary.
This road
extends in a westerly direction approximately 2600 feet. The
proposed name is Falcon valley Road. The second road intersects
the proposed Falcon Valley Road approximately 1300 feet w~st of
Stockton Hill Road.
The second road extends in a southerly
direction for approximately three-quarters (.75) mile and ends at
a unnamed roadway easement at the southern border of Section 1.
The proposed name for this road is Webb Road, and

WHEREAS, th~ral Addressing Coordinat:, _ has reviewed this
request for compliance with County requirements and has indicated
approval of the proposed road names ,as noted, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and zoning Commission at their meeting
on August 14, 1991 did recommend APPROVAL of this road naming
request contingent upon the following conditions:
1. Compliance with specifications as set forth in Section
32 of the Mohave County regulations or its successor.
2. The request for webb Way be modified to Webb Road as
the characteristics of this road do not match the
requirements for a uwayu.
3. The approval of this request does not indicate
assumption by the County for road maintenance without
separate approval by the Board of Supervisors.
WHEREAS, the notice for this public hearing was published in
the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in
Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona
on August 18 , 1991 and posted
August 16, 1991 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the
Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the ,Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 3, 1991 approved
these street names as recommended by the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
