PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 NC RESOLUTION NO. 91-218 A RESOLUTION CHANGING A ROAD NAME FROM SATAN'S ARCH DRIVE TO COLT DRIVE IN VALLE VISTA, TRACT 1200, UNIT 2, LOCATED IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held Monday, August 5, 1991, a public hearing was conducted to change a road name from Satan's Arch Drive to Colt Drive, located in Vale Vista Unit 2, Tract 1200, being the E~ Section 10 and all of Section 3, Township 23 North, Range 15 West in the Kingman area, and WHEREAS, Valle Vista is approximately 12 miles northeast of Kingman and has access on Highway 66. Satan's Arch Drive is located approximately 2.25 miles from the entrance to Valle Vista In unit 2 of Tract 1200. This street is a one hundred (100') foot stub which terminates at the western boundary of this subdivision. This stub may at some future time tie into the Hualapai Ranch project as indicated on the area plan for this vicinity, and WHEREAS, the applicants live on one of the corner lots created by this stub street and desire to change the name to Colt Drive. Resolution No. 91-218 Page 2 PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 1928 PG 175 (FEE~91-42141) approval of this request per Section 32: House Numbering and Road Naming Regulations of the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their meeting on July 10, 1991 did recommend APPROVAL of this road naming request contingent upon the following condition: 1. Compliance with specifications as set forth in Section 32 of the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance or its successor. WHEREAS, the notice for this public hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on July 21, 1991 and posted July 18, 1991 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, August 5, 1991 approved these street names as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
