PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne - ~ .~-"-'" RESOLUTION NO. 91-217 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE ZONING USE PERMIT FOR LOT 1, BLOCK A, GOLDEN SAGE RANCHOS #54 TO ALLOW AN R.V. PARK IN AN A (GENERAL) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held August 5, 1991 a public hearing was conducted to discuss a request for an extension of time for an approved Zoning Use Permit, located in the Golden Valley area, and WHEREAS, he proposed R-V Park is located approximately four (4) miles northwest of Kingman, is approximately one and one-half (1.5) miles from the junction of Highways 68 and 93, is across Highway 93 from SoHi Estates, and south of Agua Fria Drive. Access from Highway 93 is via Agua Fria Drive or Tooman Road, and WHEREAS, the applicant wishes to receive an extension of time for the Zoning Use Permit granted by the Commission and Board in July, 1989. This is the applicant's second request for an extension of time. The applicant desires this extension of time in order to fully comply with the conditions of the 1989 granting of a Zoning Use Permit, and , i .1 I I I j :1 I 1 .1 I I I i I i j I I j I I I ( l~J _.J . oA 2 OF 2 allll'1928 PG 173 (FEE~91-42HO) Page 2 Resolution No. 91-217 WHEREAS, the applicant has not been able to complete all the requirements specified by that approved resolution and is actively pursuing the development of the R-V Park. This park plan was approved via Resolution P&ZC: 89-120 in July, 1989. This is part of zoning enforcement action. The Commission is recommending APPROVAL of this request for a one (1) year extension of time conditional to the following: 1. Clearance of current zoning violation by removal of recreational vehicles currently occupying this site within sixty (60) days of the Board of Supervisors approval of this request, being October 4, 1991. 2. Completion of requirements as set forth in Resolution 89-120. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, August 5, 1991 approved this extension of time to July, 1992 to meet the conditions of approval set forth in Resolution P&ZC: 89-120 as recommended by the Commission and outlined herein.
