PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 He RESOLUTION NO. 91-294 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE REZONING OF LOT 13, BLOCK K, GOLDEN SAGE RANCHOS #55, FROM: A-R (AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: C-M (COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held Monday, November 4, 1991, a public hearing was conducted to consider approval of a request for an extension of time for the rezoning of Lot 13, Block K, Golden Sage Ranchos #55, and WHEREAS, the subject property is located approximately three (3) miles west of the Highway 93/68 intersection. Lot 13 is a 2.3 acre parcel located 727 feet south of the southeast corner of Heber Road and Highway 68 in Block K. Block K of Golden Sage Ranchos #55 is traversed by Highway 68, and WHEREAS, this section has developed with mixed uses. The subject property is surrounded by single family structures and mobile homes. The area plan for this section was amended to allow for this land use and zoning. The original zone change was requested so the applicant could establish a sheet metal shop and storage business. The applicant has requested an extension in w'" ",r'". Resolution No. 91i1t4 . Page 2 order to complete. the required conditions of approval as noted in Resolution 90-277, and PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 1968 PG 173 (FEE~91-60016) WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular meeting on October 9, 1991, recommended that an extension of time be granted contingent upon the following conditions: 1. Compliance with all conditions of Resolution 90-277. 2. The zoning of this parcel shall be C-M/2A (Commercial Manufacturing/Two Acres Minimum Lot Size). 3. The zoning shall not be in effect until all conditions are met. 4. I f these conditions are not met wi thin one (1) year this approval shall be void. I f at the expiration of this period the property has not been improved for the use for which it was conditionally approved, the Board after notification by registered mail to the owner and applicant who requested the rezoning shall schedule a public hearing to grant an extension, determine compliance with the schedule for development or cause the property to revert to its former zoning classification in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 6, 11-832. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, November 4, 1991 approved this extension of time to October 1, 1992, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
