RESOLUTION NO. 91-292
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION
OF TIME FOR THE ABANDONMENT OF ROADWAYS AND EASEMEN'rS, AND
ABANDONMENT/REVERSION TO ACREAGE FOR PORTIONS OF RIO HACIENDA,
TRACT 1224, JJOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE
COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held Monday, November 4, 1991, a public hearing
was conducted to consider approval of a request for an extension
of time for the abandonment of roadways and easements, and
abandonment/reversion to acreage for that portion of Rio
Hacienda, Tract 1224 which has been resubdivided as Palm Estates
II, Tract 4104-A, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for this tract was approved by
the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on April 2, 1990 via
Resolution 90-S0.
A condition of the preliminary plan approval
was the abandonment of a portion of Rio Hacienda, Tract 1224.
'rhe abandonments for roadways and easements was approved via
Resolution 90-313.
The abandonment/reversion to acreage was
approved via Resolution 90-312.
A condition of approval for the
abandonments was that the final plat for Palm Estates II, Tract
4104-A be recorded within one (1) year or the abandoned portions
would revert to it's previous condition.

90-313 were approved by the board on November 5, 1990, and
WHEREAS, the developer of PALM ESTATES II, Tract 4104-A,
appears to be actively pursuing the development of this project
and is prepared to proceed with the completion of the Final Plan,
and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular
meeting on October 9, 1991, recommended APPROVAL of this request
for a extension of time for the approved preliminary subdivision
plan for these abandonments to April 2, 1992. This approval date
will coincide with the preliminary plan approval expiration.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, November 4, 1991 approved
this extension of time to April 2, 1992,
as recommended by the
Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
