A RESOLUTION SETTING. FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FORAN EXTENSION
OF TIME FOR PROCESSING OF THE APPROVED PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION
PLAT FOR AZTEC JUNCTION, TRACT 3019, A PORTION OF SECTION 10,
TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST, LOCATED IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY
AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the special meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held October 21, 1991 a public hearing was
conducted to consider approval of a request for an extension of
time for processing of the il,pproved preliminary subdivision plan
for Aztec Junction, Tract 3019, and
WHEREAS, the developer ofthi.s tract is Aztec Junction One
Limited Partnership, Jim Kuden, General Partner, of Si'l.n Diego,
California, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for this tri'l.ct was approved by
the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on October 3, 1988 via
P&ZC resolution 88-149. A Preliminary Plan approval has.a limit
of two (2) yeil,rs before it is terminated.

increments of one (1) year.
These increments are only granted
when the subdivider(s) is/are .actively pursuing the development
of their project. The first request was i'l.pproved by the Board of
Supervisors on March 4, 1991.

expired on October 3, 1991, and.

WHEREAS, this is the second request for an extension of time
on behalf of the developer, by the project engineer. The project
engineer is an agent of the developer and has presently filed a
final stage of this plat and improvement plans titled Tract 3019-
A. The developer of Aztec Junction 3019-A appears to be actively
pursuing the development of this project and is prepared to
proceed with the completion of the Final plan, and
WHEREAS, the Planning & zoning Commission at their meeting
of October 9, 1991 recommended approval of an.. extension of time
to October 3, 1992, <lnd that all conditions of the preliminary
plan approval remain in effect, recognizing the Petition of
Exception for fifty (50') foot wide rights-of-way with thirty~two
(32') foot pavement face of curb to face of curb, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their special meeting on Monday, October 21, 1991 approved
this extension of t.ime to October 3, 1992 as recommended by the
Commission and outliwsd herein.
