PAGE 1 OF ~ nOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne RESOLUTION NO. 91-328 A RESOLUTION NAMING TWO ROADS LOCATED IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, LOCATED IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held Monday, December 2, 1991, a public hearing was conducted naming two roads in Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 16 West, located 1254 and 1840 feet west of the section line in the Kingman area, and WHEREAS, Section 31 is located approximatBly four (4) miles north of the Butler area and east of Stockton Hill Road. The subject road is accessed from Stockton Hill Road via Cactus Wren Drive [approximately four (4) miles north of Northern Avenue], east approximately one and one-half (1.5) miles to Cherum Road, thence north approximately one-half (.5) mile to Calle Castano, thence east approximately eleven hundred (1100') feet to Avenida Mendez, thence north one (1) mile to Calle Alamo r thence north one (1) mile to Calle Alamo thence east approximately one (1) mile to the proposed MAGGIE WAY and MASSACHUSETTS DRIVE. Maggie Way originates at Calle Sonoita, running south to and intersecting with Calle Alamo. Massachusetts Drive continuing from the intersection with Calle Alamo and running north, , . . Resolution No. 91-328 PAGE 2 OF 4 BK 1979 PG 566 (FEE~91-65083) Page 2 intersecting with Calle Sonoita, and WHEREAS, the Rural Addressing Coordinator has reviewed this request for compliance with County requirements and has indicated approval of the proposed road names, as shown on Exhibit "A", and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their meeting on November 13, 1991 did recommend APPROVAL of this road naming request contingent upon the following conditions: 1. Compliance with specifications as set forth in Section 32 of the Mohave County regulations or its successor. 2. The original request be modified as noted by the Rural Addressing Coordinator to avoid identification problems with similarly named roads in the Kingman area. 3. The request for Maggie Way be modified to Maggie Drive to properly identify the road type. 4. The approval of this request does not indicate assumption by the County for road maintenance without separate approval by the Board of Supervisors. WHEREAS, the notice for this public hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on November 17, 1991 and posted November 15, 1991 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. . .
