A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION
OF TIME FOR THE APPROVED PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN FOR DEVON
HEIGHTS, TRACT 4079, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA,
MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held December 2, 1991 a public hearing was
conducted to consider approval of a request for an extension of
time for the approved preliminary subdivision plan for Devon
Heights, Tract 4079, and
WHEREAS, The proposed subdivision is located one-half (~)
mile south of Bullhead City, is one-half (~) mile east of Highway
95 and is situated between Gardener and Valencia Roads. A
portion of this twenty-five (25) acre site fronts along Calle del
Media (Palm Lane), and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary plan depicts twenty-five (25) acres
subdivided into seventy-four (74) single family residential lots
for an overall density of 2.96 lots per acre, with a maximum lot

size of 21,000 square feet.
Water will be supplied by the
Bermuda Water Company. The sewage disposal will be by individual
septic systems, and

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisor, at their regular meeting
on Monday, December 5, 1988 approved this preliminary plan via
Resolution P&ZC: 88-192.
The developer exercised his right to
request an extension of time under Article 3.9-2,C the first
request and subsequent approval of Resolution P&ZC: 90-364
extended time to December 5, 1991.
In his letter dated October
31, 1991 Mr. Michael Reagan requested an extension of time for
the proved preliminary plan for Devon Heights, Tract 4079. Mr.
Reagan's
justification
for
the
extension
was,
"We
have
experienced some economic constraints; however, we expect to
continue the Final processing of this subdivision". This will be
the second extension of time for this project, and
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission at their meeting
of November 13, 1991 recommended approval of an extension of time
to December 5, 1992, based on the following:

preliminary plan for Devon Heights, Tract 4079. Reason
given for extension was "We have experienced some
economic constraints; however, we expect to continue
the Final processing of this subdivision". This will
be the second extension of time for this project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, December 2, 1991 approved
this extension of time to December 5, 1992 as recommended by the
Commission and outlined herein.
