A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION
OF TIME FOR COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR LONE STAR COMMERCIAL
PARK, TRACT 4101, BEING THE NE~ SW~ NW~ SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 19
NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA,
MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held December 2, 1991 a public hearing was
conducted to consider approval of a request for an extension of
time for completion of improvements for Lone Star Commercial
Park, Tract 4101, and
WHEREAS, this subdivision is located roughly one and one-
half (1~) miles south of the Bullhead City corporate limits and
one-quarter (~) mile east of Highway 95, on Camino Colorado Road.
Water will be supplied by Bermuda Water Company through the
Mohave Mesa system. Sewage disposal is intended to be taken care
of through individual septic tanks, however, the Arizona
Department of Environmental Quality has indicate that this tract
must hook up to sewer if it becomes available, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors at their special meeting
on Monday, December 17, 1990 approved this final subdivision plan
upon receipt of or evidence that the conditions had been met
together with the executed mylars and appropriate recording fees,

the Director of Planning and Zoning would obtain the necessary
signatures from the County Departments and officials and cause
the final plat to be recorded and was recorded on February 8,
1991.
Mr. Warren D. Carruth, President of Mill Development
Company, Incorporated in his letter dated October 15, 1991 is
"requesting an extension of time for the completion of
improvements until February 8, 1993 due to the economics of the
market place", and
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission at their meeting
of November 13, 1991 recommended approval of an extension of time
to February 8, 1993, based on the following:
1. The owner/developer has extended the letter of credit,
issued initially on October 5, 1990 and to be in force
through the 25th of October 1991, by a Request For
Amendment To Pacific Heritage Bank and extend the
validity of said letter of credit through the 28th of
February 1993.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, December 2, 1991 approved
this extension of time to February 8, 1993 as recommended by the
Commission and outlined herein.
