PAGE 1 OF 3 HOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne RESOLUTION NO. 91-308 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A ZONING USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH AN OFF PREMISE SIGN IN A C-2H (HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL) ZONE ON A PORTION OF LOT A, LE CLAIR ACRES, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held December 2, 1991 a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Woody Curtis, Colorado River Advertising of Fort Mojave, Arizona for a Zoning Use Permit (ZUP) to establish an off premise sign in a C-2 (General Commercial) zone on Lot A, Le Clair Acres, Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 22 West, occupying the northwest corner of Valencia Road and Highway 95, in the South Mohave Valley area, and WHEREAS, Section 15 is located imnlediately south of Bullhead City's southernmost boundary. Section 15 is bounded by Sterling Road, Arcadia Lane/Highway 95, Camp Mohave Road and Fort Mojave Indian Reservation land. The subject property occupies the northwest corner of Valencia Road and Highway 95, and WHEREAS, the proposed sign location is nine hundred fifty (950') feet north of Valencia Road on the east side of this ten ,./ . . Resolution No, 91-308 Page 3 PAGE 3 OF 3 BK 1979 PG 505 (FEE:91-65063) WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona and Mohave Valley News, on November 17, 1991, and posted November 15, 1991 as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, December 2, 1991 approved this Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
