A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION
OF TIME FOR THE APPROVED PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN FOR FAIRWAY
ESTATES, TRACT 4097, FORMERLY KNOWN AS LAKEVIEW VILLAGE, BEING
THE E~ OF THE NE~ SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST,
LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held February 3, 1992 a public hearing was
conducted to consider approval of a request for an extension of
time for the approved preliminary subdivision plan for Fairway
Estates, Tract 4097, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plan for this tract was approved by
the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on February 5, 1990, via
BOS Resolution No. 90-35.
A Preliminary Plan approval has a
limit of two (2) years before it expires.
The Mohave County
Subdivision Regulations allow for extensions of time in
increments of one (1) year from the date of original approval.
This is the first time extension request, and
WHEREAS, the project engineer is also the developer of this
project.
Trac 4097 is being developed in phases.
Two ( 2 )
phases, units 4097-A and 4097-B, have been recorded as final
plats.
The owner is actively pursuing the development of this
subdivision and is prepared to proceed with the completion of the
remaining phases, and

WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission at their meeting
of January 8, 1992 recommended approval of an extension of time
to February 5, 1993, based on the following:
1. In the letter dated December 4, 1991, Mr. Dick Rieker,
Ludwig Engineering, requests an extension of time for
the preliminary plan for Fairway Estates, Tract 4097.
2. This is a five phase project with two phases recorded.
3. There has been considerable offsite and on-site
improvements for the total plat.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, February 3, 1992 approved
this extension of time to February 5, 1993 as recommended by the
Commission and outlined herein.
