RESOLUTION NO. 92-30 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF A REQUEST OF ABANDONMENT AND REVERSION TO ACREAGE OF LOTS 8 & 16, BLOCK A, FORT MOHAVE MESA RANCHOS IN SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held February 3, 1992 a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Dennis Gootrad of Westlake Village, California, for the abandonment and reversion to acreage of Lots 8 & 16, Block A, Fort Mohave Mesa Ranchos, occupying the northeast corner of Joy Lane and High~ay 95 in the South Mohave Valley area, and WHEREAS, this approximately ten (10) acre parcel is located on Joy Lane between and adjacent to Highway 95 and Calle Valle Vista, and WHEREAS, the applicant has requested this abandonment for the resubdivision of the property as shown on the final plat, Joy Lane Plaza, Tract 4098. The final plat will dedicate the appropriate rights-of-way and designate lots in accordance with BOS Resolution No. 90-84. This abandonment is required for the resubdivision of these lots as required by Mohave Subdivision Regulations, and ~ .r ."" , p~ 2 OF 2 BK 2004 PG 129 (FEE~92- 6147) . Resolution No. 92-30 Page 2 WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on January 8, 1992 did generate a recommendation of approval of this abandonment and reversion to acreage with the following conditions noted: 1. Authorization from the current owner will be required prior to approval. 2. This abandonment will go into effect with the recording of the final plat for Joy Lane Plaza, Tract 4098, Lots 1-13. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, on January 19 and 26, 1992, and in the Mohave Valley News, and posted January 17, 1992 as required by the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, February 3, 1992 approved this abandonment request as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission, subject to the condition outlined herein. .i MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS d~ c;:7 /{J'/C"-<A Lois J.
