PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 NC RESOLUTION NO. 92-19 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF 'rIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR LAKE JUNIPER, TRACT 3021-A, BEING A PORTION OF SECTIONS 11 & 14, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, LOCATED IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held January 6, 1992 a public hearing was conducted to consider approval of a request for an extension of time for the completion of improvements for Lake Juniper, Tract 3021-A, being a portion of Sections 11 & 14, Township 22 North, Range 17 West, in the Kingman area, and WHEREAS, this subdivision is located roughly three (3) miles north of the Kingman City corporate limits on Stockton Hill Road. The preliminary plan proposed to subdivide 180 acres into 197 residential lots. The minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a maximum lot size of 55,000 square feet, with an overall density of 1.09 lots per acre, and WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors special meeting held on September 17, 1990 did conditionally approved the final plan for Lake Juniper Estates, Tract 3021-A per Resolution No. 90-253, and r ~~, · . . . - Resolution No. 92-19 PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 1992 PG 572 (FEEt92- 1091) Page 2 WHEREAS in a letter dated November ll, 1991 Mr. Richard L. Neal owner-operator of Lake Juniper Estates Subdivision, requested an extension of time for completion of improvements, and WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission at their meeting of December 11, 1991 recommended approval of an extension of time to September 17, 1992, based on the following: 1. There have been no material changes or conditions within or adjoining the Final Plat that would warrant a revision in the design of the approved Final Plat. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, January 6, 1992 approved this extension of time to September 17, 1992 as recommended by the Commission and outlined herein.
